Terms of service
Rules of engagement
Effective August 18, 2026 · Beta terms draft
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of agreeing to these terms. By accessing Project Vice, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Community Standards.
2. Beta service
Project Vice is an unfinished beta. Features, balances, turn rates, cities, inventories, seasons, and account progress may change or reset. Access may be interrupted. Participation does not guarantee permanent availability or preservation of progress.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity associated with your authenticated account. Do not share, sell, transfer, automate, or use an account to evade restrictions. Choose an alias that complies with the Community Standards.
4. Virtual property
Cash, dirty cash, turns, businesses, equipment, territories, ranks, and other game elements are fictional, revocable licenses with no real-world monetary value. They may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed outside authorized systems.
5. Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, probe unauthorized systems, exploit defects, manipulate requests, scrape restricted data, interfere with other accounts, or use Project Vice to plan or facilitate real-world wrongdoing. Report security concerns through Support without publicly disclosing exploitable details.
6. Content and intellectual property
Project Vice, its world, interface, systems, and branding belong to Elevated Dominion Group LLC or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, while granting the limited permission needed to display, moderate, and operate it within the service.
7. Enforcement and termination
We may investigate activity, reverse gains, rename content, limit features, suspend access, or terminate accounts to protect players, game integrity, or the service. Material administrative actions are recorded in an audit trail.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for Project Vice during the preceding twelve months; during a free beta, that amount may be zero.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the beta changes. Material revisions will receive a new effective date and, where appropriate, in-product notice.
10. Contact
Questions, disputes, accessibility concerns, and legal notices should be submitted through the Support page so they receive a tracked record.
