Report a problem
Gameplay bugs, account trouble, conduct reports, and privacy requests enter the same tracked queue visible to Project Vice administration.
Before submitting
- Include what you clicked and what happened.
- For missing rewards, include the city, activity, and approximate time.
- Do not include passwords, payment details, or private documents.
- Use “Conduct” for harassment, exploits, threats, or abusive aliases.
